how do i get my sex life back after having baby?

I had my first baby five months ago and my sex life isnt what it used to be. I dont know if its the hormones or what. I want to have intense sex like i did before i got pregnant! is this physial or psychological? what can i do to strengthen my orgasms and sex drive?

well you could arrange a romantic night out for you and your spouse, make it sexy and exciting to spark what you think you have lost. my guess is that you need to feel like your still sexy , buy some naughty nighties and get busy , maybe a lil freaky !
