this patient take zyprexa 5mg then apiliphy and he improved but now he watch dancers programs and when we ask him to stop watching he laughing and say this not your business (he is single- 30 age- medical rip in company)

I don't quite understand what your question is. Schizophrenia does not decrease or increase the natural sex drive. Some medications for it are, however, known to reduce Libido. If he is not doing any thing illegal or immoral why not let him be. If other persons have to watch the same TV and are annoyed by his choice of programming then ask him to get a private TV set in a room away from those he annoys.
