Brother cheating on wife with sex worker?

My brother is on his 2nd marriage, the first one ended
because he cheated. Now I find out that he is
apparently upping the ante by flying to Thailand to have
sex with sex workers. (He told me this!) My brother has
a weakness for young girls.
His current wife is a gem, except apparently doesn't like
sex. So he gets it elsewhere.
But a sex worker? I mean, she could get STD's.

What would you do? Would you tell your brother's wife, or
should I "mind my own business". And yes, I told my
brother he was a creep.
I'm going to have to put this one to

you really should stay out of this. hopefull his current wife will figure it out on her own or by catching him. i know that you are tempted to tell his wife but this is between them.
